Note about the Pine needle tea mentioned in the video.  (See page 78 "drinks and flavourings" of "The Outdoor Survival Handbook" by Ray Mears.)  Pine Tree Needle Tea is high in vitamins A and C. Fresh outer green needles have five times the amount of vitamin C than a lemon. DO NOT consume this tea if you are pregnant or think you might be pregnant, people with a history of food allergies, people who are trying a food for the first time, and anyone with any doubt about the source of any wild or cultivated foods. This tea was learned from the Native Americans and is for survival.  Ingesting the wrong needles can cause poisoning. Symptoms of poisoning include: Nervousness, trembling, slow pulse, pupil dilation, difficult breathing, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, weakness, convulsions.  Seek immediate medical help.

The 2nd "E" in the L.E.A.D.E.R.S. Code is EMBRACE - Embrace and encourage others in friendship.
See this principle in the Movie "To Save A Life."
