Pine
Tree Needle Tea is high in vitamins A and C.
Fresh outer green needles have five times the amount of vitamin C
than a lemon. DO NOT consume this tea if you are pregnant or think you might be
pregnant, people with a history of food allergies, people who are trying a food for the first time, and anyone with any doubt about the source of any wild or cultivated foods.
This tea was learned from the Native
Americans
and is for survival. Ingesting the wrong needles
can cause poisoning. Symptoms of poisoning include: Nervousness, trembling, slow pulse, pupil dilation, difficult breathing, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, weakness, convulsions.
